Card Processing and Payment Gateway Integration
The solutions used are very flexible and can be integrated with most third party payment gateways including: Worldpay, Paypal, Protx, Nochex, Barclays ePDQ and HSBC Secure ePayments.
Alternatively, if you have a card swipe machine (ePDQ), your payment page can be set up on a secure server which will enable you to accept orders and then process them yourself with your ePDQ machine.
Transaction costs vary dependent on sales amount, but are generally around 2.5% to 4.5%
Please note: E-Commerce websites may have extra costs dependent upon the payment gateway used. i.e.: Merchant accounts require set-up costs and ongoing transaction costs from the provider, and dedicated SSL certificates providing 128-bit encryption (if required) have an annual charge.
